Strategic advice coupled with practical solutions: these are the key skills I bring to making change a reality. I support senior leaders during times of change and in day-to-day business, always enabling them to deliver their vision and purpose more effectively. My experience includes a wide range of organisations across the voluntary, public and private sectors.

Change management. My work begins by listening and finding common ground, from which transformation can begin. I help people and organisations journey through change (including cultural change and organisational restructures), using effective planning and clear communication to manage the inevitable uncertainty.

Facilitation. Trained at the renowned Kinharvie Institute, I help clients identify where they are now and where they would like to be. With this clarity, we then put together a process for achieving the right goals. The process, assisted by my creative toolkit, enables organisations to achieve those goals in ways that affirm people and celebrate success.

Communication. This is the heart of everything I do. From strategic planning to defining messages, clarifying audiences and channels, developing internal communications plans, and right through to evaluation. I use communications to help make sure change happens – effectively, efficiently and for the long-term.

Mediation. As a member of the well-regarded Bridge Builders Network, with whom I trained, I work with clients to transform attitudes to conflict and to find ways of dealing constructively with differences.

Ali is an exemplary leader, as well as a talented coach. She has been a role model for me over the five years I have known her and always has time for people. I have seen Ali successfully lead her teams during times of complex organisational change – always behaving with strength and dignity, despite the turbulence that change inevitably brings.
